We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Benefits Specialist to manage and administer expatriate-focused benefits and mobility-related programs, while providing limited administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer expatriate benefits programmes, including housing, travel, education, relocation, and assignment-related allowances.
- Support the end-to-end expatriate assignment lifecycle, from onboarding to repatriation.
- Act as the main point of contact for expatriate benefits enquiries and provide clear guidance to employees and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective benefits delivery.
- Analyse expatriate benefits costs and utilisation to support reporting and decision-making.
- Support expatriate logistics, including travel, accommodation, and relocation arrangements.
- Assist with company events, business travel arrangements, and general administrative support as required.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR benefits and/or expatriate management.
- Hands-on experience supporting expatriate benefits and assignments in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organisation.
- Good analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
