Role Overview

We are looking for a senior talent with HR project management experience to be responsible for coordinating and promoting the core project construction of the company's HR field, including but not limited to HR information system (HRIS), recruitment system construction, talent development system, etc.

This position is similar to the Project Manager (PM) in the HR field, and requires the ability to coordinate projects across HR modules, rather than being a practical executor of a single module.

Core responsibilities

  • HR project coordination and promotion : responsible for identifying, planning and promoting the systematic and process-oriented project construction of HR various lines (recruitment, training and development, performance, Organization Development, etc.), ensuring that the project is delivered on time and with quality, such as promoting the overall system layout of HR, promoting the reconstruction of the recruitment ATS system, and upgrading the linkage between talent rank and salary system.
  • XFN Collaboration : As a bridge between HR, IT, and business departments, coordinate resources, align requirements, and promote project implementation
  • Project management mechanism construction : Establish HR project management methodology, rhythm and Kanban mechanism, output standard toolset, and improve the overall project delivery ability of HR team
  • Data and performance measurement : Set clear KPIs and milestones for each project, and regularly report project progress and results to management

Job requirements

  • More than 8 years of HR-related work experience, with at least 2-3 years of HR project management (HR PMO) or HRIS project experience
  • Have a solid foundation in project management methodology (such as PMP, agile project management, etc.), and be able to independently drive complex projects across teams and systems
  • Have a global understanding of the systematization of HR modules and practical experience
  • Clear logic and strong structured thinking, able to transform vague requirements into clear project plans
  • Excellent XFN communication and promotion skills, able to influence stakeholders in indirect reporting relationships
  • Data-sensitive, able to drive project decisions and reporting
  • Fluent in English, able to support Internationalization team collaboration
  • Internet, traditional finance, and technology industry backgrounds are preferred

Bonus points

  • Experience in building HR system architecture from 0 to 1
  • Overseas HR project management experience (especially for HR generalist senior position candidates transitioning to PMO direction)
  • Possess OTD (Organization Talent Development) team background
