Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Projects Intern to support a variety of HR initiatives across digitisation, operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to real HR projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Digitization & AI Projects

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR chatbots to support employee FAQs and onboarding queries

  • Identify manual HR processes and suggest digital or automated workflows to improve efficiency

  • Support HR digitalisation initiatives and project documentation

2. HR Operations & Onboarding

  • Support logistics planning, including meeting room allocation and pre-booking for business units

  • Maintain digital employee records and ensure onboarding documentation is completed accurately and compliantly

  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of HR orientation sessions

3. Talent Acquisition Support

  • Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms

  • Prepare and post job advertisements across various hiring channels

  • Support the interview process, including scheduling, sending interview invitations, and acting as a point of contact for candidates

4. Employee Engagement & Events

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, wellness programmes, and festive celebrations

  • Assist with vendor sourcing (e.g. catering, venues, event materials) and manage event registrations

  • Draft internal announcements and newsletters to promote upcoming initiatives and activities

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree students from any discipline

  • Comfortable working with systems, processes, and multiple stakeholders

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
