The Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP) is a two-year rotational program that provides a pipeline of well-rounded future leaders with core business skills for a variety of roles within JPMorgan Chase. Within this program, Analysts complete three, eight-month rotations aligned to core disciplines: Project Management, Process Improvement and Analytics. Full-time candidates are selected through the pipeline from the CADP summer internship program.
CADP has a global footprint with nearly 500 analysts across North America, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific and India. The dedicated Program Management team is split regionally, supporting Analysts, Managers, and stakeholders throughout the end-to-end process.
As part of the Asia Pacific CADP Program Management Team, you will partner closely with key stakeholders within Corporate Functions and Lines of Business, Campus Recruiting, Training, Compensation Team and Human Resources Business Advisors. You will play a variety of roles across the Program, including supporting Analysts & Summer Interns, developing, and maintaining key business relationships, and managing the overall Program strategy & execution. You will have high visibility with Executives across the firm and will be working with a broad range of internal partners.
You will be based in Singapore and regional travel may be required for the role.
Job responsibilities
. Manage core Analyst processes including role identification, rotation alignment, end-of-program mobility, Focused Group Discussions (around career planning and issue resolution), performance management, compensation, and training & development
. Partner with Business Rotation Managers and Human Resources Business Advisors to manage Analyst performance and address any performance issues along with ongoing program updates
. Work with key Business Executives, local leadership teams and Analyst Managers to identify roles/rotations and end-of-Program opportunities for Analysts ensure roles/rotations meet Program criteria, identify key roles for next rotation cycle and educate them on the Program expectations
. Work with key Stakeholders to refine and execute recruiting strategies, training and development strategies, business engagement, performance management & compensation, and other key program decisions and resolve any issues
. Partner closely with Campus recruitment on key diversity, manage Analyst role/rotation and Summer Intern placement processes
. Manage program performance management, compensation process and end-of-Program placement/mobility process
. Participate in and lead key Program initiatives including developing new Program strategies, process design, process re-engineering, budgeting and ensure global consistency, where applicable
Required qualifications, capabilities, skills
. Minimum of 8 years experience working in Human Resources /Program Management, experience in Financial Services an advantage
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
. Demonstrated results and experience with direct and/or indirect people management, including providing feedback, coaching, and development planning
. Strong project and process management skills
. Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and facilitation skills
. We're a global company whose primary business language is English and so fluency in English is required
. Certification from Singapore's Institute of Human Resource Professionals would be an advantage for this role
