We are looking for interns who are able to commence immediately for a 6 months period.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Power Platform Development Intern to join our human capital team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on automating HC processes through Power Automate. You will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, contribute to real-world projects, and expand your skillsets in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Automate human capital processes to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist in documenting Power Platform solutions with flow diagrams and user guides.
  • Engage actively in project meetings to brainstorm and design innovative human capital solutions.
  • Explore opportunities to utilize and learn other Microsoft tools like Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Provide support on diverse tasks and projects within the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Must-have: Experience or coursework in Microsoft Power Automate development and basic understanding of logic-based automation (e.g. conditions, triggers, loops).
  • Good-to-have: Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, dashboard creation, DAX).
  • Basic coding skills in languages such as JavaScript or HTML are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a willingness to explore new tools and technologies independently.
