About the Role
We're seeking an outstanding SSC Lead- 12 Months Contractor to join our global team.
You'll collaborate with a lean yet highly productive team. Success in this role hinges on a combination of hands-on involvement, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of ownership.
Job responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including but not limited to pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate support on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end process for work visa applications, renewals, and compliance.
- Maintenance of insurance enrollment & disenrollment
- Conducting of HR Orientation whenever required
HR System/Data:
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS and other databases which includes creation of new hire profiles & account closures for resignees
HR Projects & Compliance:
- Assist in the review, development, and implementation of HR policies to ensure regional alignment and compliance.
- Add hoc HR projects as assigned
Payroll Administration:
- Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records including salaries, allowances, deductions, and overtime etc
- Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with finance and external payroll vendors where applicable.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR operations, payroll administration and the employee lifecycle
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
