Lead and manage the HR Operations team, ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR services, including leave administration, staff directory management, office access cards, business cards, and updates to secretarial workgroups
Administer and oversee the performance appraisal process across the firm
Manage and coordinate the firm's global mobility programme
Oversee the offboarding process for lawyers and staff, ensuring a structured and compliant experience
Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional requirements unique to the legal industry, including Practising Certificate application and renewal, filing of Notices of Change of Particulars, renewal of Professional Indemnity Insurance, application and renewal of Certificates of Registration for Foreign Lawyers, and Statutory Declarations
Coordinate the communication and implementation of HR policies across the firm
Support the planning and execution of staff learning and development programmes
Assist the Chief Operating Officer in the administration of donations and charitable sponsorships
Contribute to and participate in ad hoc HR projects and firm-wide initiatives as required
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
At least 6 years of experience in a HR generalist role
Strong background in HR operations and day-to-day HR service delivery
Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
