Job Descriptors:
Lead and direct the functions of HR Department
Recruiting activities.
Oversee the daily workflow
Handles discipline and termination in accordance with the co policy and MOM regulations.
Provides support and guidance to the management team and Board of Directors
Recommends HR policies and strategies, reviews policies and maintain compliances which meets the company's goals and objectives.
Have good knowledge of MOM regulations and guidelines and new technology in HR systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Onboarding process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
Required to work on weekends both Saturday and Sundays if business needs.
Thorough knowledge in Info-Tech platforms, All MOM, TADM, IRAS, ICA and other government agency matters, etc.,
Knowledge on monthly payroll administration, submission of CPF / Income Tax.
