Job description
The role will play a key role to implement HR initiatives for the group. Reporting to the Executive Director and the Corp HR Director, the role will work focus on executing HR strategies to produce tangible business performance.
Key Responsibilities
. Engage and align with business heads to formulate short to long term strategic HR plans in support of business and project goals
. Work with business stakeholders and HR teams to execute HR plans to produce tangible and sustainable business performance
. Build and developthe organization to support sustainable biz growth
. Ensure HR plans are aligned to the organization values
. Play a leading role in talent acquisition and human resource management and drive key HR processes - Manpower budgeting, performance management and talent development, employee engagement mandates
Requirements
. At least 10 years of proven hands-on HRBP experience working in a MNC or large corporate environment
. Exposure to investment and private banking domains preferred
. Strong key stakeholder engagement skills is a pre-requisite
. Possess good communication and presentation skills
. Business savvy and able to translate business needs to HR plans
. Good team player and strong management skills
. A good degree in any specialization
