about the job

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for supporting employees in the delivery of day-to-day HR and administrative functions, ensuring that they support the organizational goals and employee needs

• Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources Functions, including recruitment & selection, onboarding & offboarding, performance management, employee retention, training and development, staff welfare and benefits etc
• Support HR-related transactions and inquiries from employees to ensure requests are delivered effectively whilst meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Handle face-to-face employee queries, advising on the company policies and best practices
• Identify and develop talents through the talent acquisition process
• Collaborate with employees and the management to liaise on human resource policies, procedures, laws, and standards
• Assists with the preparation of the performance review processes
• Assists in reviewing and proposing compensation packages including benefits based on recognized data to stay competitive within the industry
• Liaise closely with unions
• Evaluate overall training and development requirements
• Manage projects to ensure timely launches of new services and programmes
• Oversee the manpower requisition and deployment for service partners and contract partners
• Assists in administering Group insurance plans
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure that all aspects of operations meet organizational goals

You will be reporting to the Senior HR Director directly. This incumbent will be part of a dynamic team, which focuses on recruiting the best talent and executing exemplary talent management policies. You are required to have a deep understanding of the operations of the organization and work closely with all business units to ensure compliance.

skills and experience required

To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business/ Human Resources or within areas of discipline, with at least 5-7 years of relevant HR Managerial experience, as well as with an excellent understanding and knowledge of labor law and local tax regulations. Industrial relations experience will be an added advantage.
