This incumbent will be part of a dynamic team, which focuses on recruiting the best talent and executing exemplary talent management policies. You are required to have a deep understanding of the operations of the organization and work closely with all business units to ensure compliance.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business/ Human Resources or within areas of discipline, with at least 5-7 years of relevant HR Managerial experience, as well as with an excellent understanding and knowledge of labor law and local tax regulations. Industrial relations experience will be an added advantage.
