Human Resources Manager (Global Workforce Planning)
Our client is an established organization within the global maritime industry. They are seeking a Global HR Manager, based in Singapore, to support and advance their global HR and workforce initiatives across regions.
This role supports the delivery of global HR priorities, with a focus on strategic workforce planning, performance processes, and broader people initiatives. Working closely with the Global HR Leader and regional HR teams, the position helps ensure consistent implementation of HR frameworks and contributes to building a structured and scalable global HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support global workforce planning through data gathering, analysis, and preparation of insights for workforce decisions.
- Assist in assessing workforce supply and demand across roles, functions, and regions.
- Support the implementation of global HR frameworks across performance, workforce, and talent initiatives.
- Coordinate global HR cycles and processes, ensuring alignment and timely completion across regions.
- Maintain accurate workforce and HR data, supporting reporting and leadership discussions.
- Assist in developing and documenting HR processes, guidelines, and frameworks to strengthen global HR foundations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support global HR initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Support global HR projects related to organizational effectiveness and capability development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
- 58 years of HR experience, with exposure to workforce planning, HR operations, or global HR initiatives.
- Experience supporting regional or global HR programs in a multinational environment.
- Good understanding of core HR frameworks across performance and workforce planning.
- Comfortable working with HR systems and data, with the ability to produce reports and insights.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills and ability to work effectively across regions and cultures.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in industries with operational complexity or geographically distributed workforces is an advantage.
