Job Responsibilities:
This role is an OFFICE intern role. We prefer a candidate who could attend 3+days per week (Mon-Fri), at least 3+months internship, onboard ASAP.
Human Resources Support:
- To provide all-rounded clerical & administrative support to Human Resources Department including but not limited to job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, payroll administration, data entry, and filing, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of HR data and update the personal records on regular basis
- Assist with on-boarding management, documents preparation, data entry and maintenance of employee data in HRIS
- Assist with various HR initiatives and projects, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Passionate in fashion or luxury retail is a plus
- Attentive to details
- Excellent communication skills with good command of English & Mandarin
- Proactive and eager to take up new challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Pleasant personality and a team player
- Proficient in MS Office
