Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, system updates, and employee coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events, employee engagement activities, and wellbeing initiatives, including coordinating speakers, logistics, and communications.
  • Organise and support wellbeing talks and programmes aimed at enhancing employee welfare.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for management, compliance, and audit purposes.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and digitalisation projects, including workflow streamlining and system enhancements.
  • Provide administrative support for HR policies, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and related operational tasks.
  • Support the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR assignments and participate in cross-functional projects as required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisation and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • A proactive, resourceful team player with a positive attitude.
  • Available for a full-time internship commitment (36 months preferred).
