Support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, system updates, and employee coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in planning and executing internal events, employee engagement activities, and wellbeing initiatives, including coordinating speakers, logistics, and communications.
Organise and support wellbeing talks and programmes aimed at enhancing employee welfare.
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation for management, compliance, and audit purposes.
Contribute to HR process improvements and digitalisation projects, including workflow streamlining and system enhancements.
Provide administrative support for HR policies, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and related operational tasks.
Support the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Assist with ad hoc HR assignments and participate in cross-functional projects as required.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource or a related field.
Detail-oriented with strong organisation and time-management skills.
Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
A proactive, resourceful team player with a positive attitude.
Available for a full-time internship commitment (36 months preferred).
