Human Resources Intern (Recruitment & Marketing)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will provide support in HR Recruitment team. In this role, you will be involved in:

Recruitment

1. To assist any recruitment activities which includes but not limited to source, attract, interview candidates for open positions.
2. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs.
4. Assisting in handling of administrative work.
5. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Marketing

1. Create various forms of social media contenttext captions, videos, and imagessuitable for the various social media platforms, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIN
2. Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
3. Organize and plan recruitment activities such as Company Visit and/or Career talk.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimally Degree holder with relevant experience in Human Resource or Marketing
2. Able commit 5-day work week and 6 months of internship
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (preferred) and any creative tools like Adobe and Canva
4. Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels
5. Organized, creative and meticulous team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
