About the MEXC
We are a fast-growing crypto exchange in the Web3 space, now seeking a proactive, quick-learning Part-time Talent & Operations Support Intern to join our Singapore team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the crypto/blockchain industry, with flexible scheduling tailored to university studentsno prior HR experience required!
Why do you do
- Maintain our internal talent referral system (Renrenbl), including data sorting and basic processing using Python.
- Design eye-catching recruitment posters and promotional materials to support global hiring campaigns.
- Provide ad-hoc cross-functional coordination support, communicating with stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
- Organize and archive recruitment documents to streamline team workflow efficiency.
Why you need
- Currently in Year 3 or 4 of a bachelor's degree program.
- Available to work 23 days/week on-site in Singapore, with schedule flexibility to fit class timetables.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Python proficiency; familiarity with data processing libraries (Pandas, OpenPyXL) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop preferred) with portfolio samples available.
- Enthusiastic about the Web3/crypto industry and eager to take on new tasks proactively.
