About The Job
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support Human Resource activities across multiple engagements across HR functions (HR Operations, Talent, Employee Engagement). This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, project tracking, and employee experience programs, including onboarding, CSR activities, and employer branding efforts.
Job responsibilities
HR Project Management
- Support Singapore Head Office, Singapore Retail and Zone Talent team's HR projects and initiatives – from planning to execution of employee engagement events and topics
- Assist in tracking and managing HR-related projects across various teams and engagements within the South Asia regional office population
- Coordinate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate various engagement initiatives, including planning events and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Onboarding, Employer Branding and Corporate Social Responsibility.
HR Administration & Policies
- Review of handbook and policies (including but not limited to employee benefits, staff welfare and workflows surrounding employee lifecycle.
- To support in the preparation, coordination, or consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, or initiatives.
Profile
The intern must be an independent individual who is detailed oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures. An organized individual with the ability to perform under pressure & tight deadlines, curiosity to understand complex business environment and needs while dealing with ambiguity with a can-do attitude.
Must be able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship from July to December 2026
