Internship Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Offboarding, Training & Development, and basic HR operations.
This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are keen to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
Support job postings on recruitment platforms and internal channels
Assist in resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support recruitment events, job fairs, or walk-in interviews (if applicable)
2. Onboarding
Assist in preparing onboarding documents and new hire packs
Coordinate onboarding schedules and induction sessions
Support new joiner data entry into HR systems
Liaise with hiring managers and new hires to ensure smooth onboarding
3. Offboarding
Assist with offboarding documentation and clearance processes
Coordinate exit interviews and last-day arrangements
Support record updates and document filing
4. Training & Learning Support
Assist in coordinating training sessions (logistics, attendance tracking, materials preparation)
Support training records maintenance and post-training feedback collection
Help update training materials and SOPs
5. HR Operations & Administrative Support
Maintain employee records and HR files (physical and digital)
Support basic HR reporting and data tracking
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
Strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Able to handle confidential information professionally
