Job Description

Join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions! As an HR Intern, you'll support talent acquisition, learning & development and employee engagement. This is a good opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions.
  • Assist with managing both Recruitment portal [Job Street, LinkedIn etc.] & school career portal [Local education institutions].

Learning & Development:

  • Register employees for training programs and workshops.

Employee Engagement:

  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Craft HR announcements, birthday wishes, and other communications.
  • Conduct research and analysis for HR projects, including developing AHL's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, such as bonding activities and wellness workshops.
  • Create initial content for HR eDMs.

Qualifications:

  • Students majoring in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

*This will be a 6 month internship from June - December 2026.
