Applied Materials is looking for a 6-months Intern

Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement & Culture Programs
- Coordinate the rollout of employee engagement surveys, including communications, timelines, and follow-up action planning.
- Support award or accreditation submissions related to workplace culture and employee experience.
2. Workforce Data & Headcount Tracking
- Maintain monthly headcount tracking in partnership with HR Operations and Shared Services.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to support business and workforce planning needs.
- Provide insights or dashboards to relevant stakeholders as required.
3. Wellness & Well-being Programs
- Organize wellness-related talks, campaigns, and programs with external vendors.
- Promote initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being, work-life harmony, and overall workplace satisfaction.
4. Benefits Communication & Program Support
- Assist in coordinating benefits renewal cycles and the introduction of new benefit offerings.
5. Employee Platforms & Engagement Tools
- Support the rollout and ongoing engagement of employee platforms or digital experience tools.
6. Cross-Functional HR Support
- Work collaboratively across HR functions to support overarching employee experience processes.
