Job Description

Applied Materials is looking for a 6-months Intern

Students who are in their last semester in their Diploma studies or are waiting for universities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement & Culture Programs

  • Coordinate the rollout of employee engagement surveys, including communications, timelines, and follow-up action planning.
  • Support award or accreditation submissions related to workplace culture and employee experience.

2. Workforce Data & Headcount Tracking

  • Maintain monthly headcount tracking in partnership with HR Operations and Shared Services.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to support business and workforce planning needs.
  • Provide insights or dashboards to relevant stakeholders as required.

3. Wellness & Well-being Programs

  • Organize wellness-related talks, campaigns, and programs with external vendors.
  • Promote initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being, work-life harmony, and overall workplace satisfaction.

4. Benefits Communication & Program Support

  • Assist in coordinating benefits renewal cycles and the introduction of new benefit offerings.

5. Employee Platforms & Engagement Tools

  • Support the rollout and ongoing engagement of employee platforms or digital experience tools.

6. Cross-Functional HR Support

  • Work collaboratively across HR functions to support overarching employee experience processes.
