The HRIS Analyst (SAP) will support SAP HR system implementation and take ownership of the HRIS function post-implementation. This role will work closely with HR stakeholders and SAP implementation partners to ensure a successful implementation, smooth go-live and continuous system improvement.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Implementation
- Support the end-to-end SAP HR implementation, from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Support data migration, system configuration, testing and UAT.
- Coordinate with SAP consultants and IT on system issues, integrations and enhancements.
- Support cutover, go-live and post-go-live hypercare activities.
- Prepare system documentation, SOPs, test scripts and user guides.
Post-Implementation HRIS Management
- Act as the key HRIS point of contact for SAP-related HR system matters.
- Provide functional support and coordinate issue resolution with IT and SAP vendors.
- Manage system enhancements, change requests, upgrades and new functionality.
- Monitor HR data accuracy, system interfaces and overall system performance.
- Support user access, system controls and HRIS governance.
HR Process Improvement
- Review and improve HR processes through automation, standardisation and digitalisation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve HR operational efficiency.
- Support HR modules/processes including employee data, recruitment, onboarding, time & attendance, leave, payroll, performance and learning.
- Work with stakeholders to continuously enhance the employee and HR user experience.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain high standards of employee data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and periodic data quality checks.
- Support HR reporting, dashboards and data analytics requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in HRIS, SAP HR or a similar HR technology role.
- Experience supporting an SAP implementation, preferably SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM.
- Experience in UAT, data migration, system testing and issue resolution.
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and Excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
