Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to support the optimization, administration, and continuous improvement of our HR technology ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in ensuring HR systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business and compliance requirements across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in HR systems administration, reporting, process automation, data governance, and stakeholder support, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions. Experience in fast-paced, multinational, infrastructure-driven environments will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems Administration & Optimization
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization's HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage system configuration, user access controls, workflow updates, approval hierarchies, and security permissions.
- Support implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
HR Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain high standards of employee data integrity, consistency, and governance across HR systems.
- Develop and generate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Analyse HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring trends, compensation data, and organizational reporting.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and improved system workflows.
- Partner with HR teams to optimize employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leave management, and offboarding.
- Drive efficiency improvements through workflow redesign and process standardization.
Stakeholder Support & Business Partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related support, troubleshooting, and system queries.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to resolve system issues and deliver enhancements.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system specifications or improvement recommendations.
System Integration & Project Support
- Support HRIS integrations with payroll, recruitment, learning management, time attendance, and finance systems.
- Participate in HR technology implementation projects, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), system migration, and change management activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Compliance, Security & Governance
- Ensure HR systems comply with internal policies, data governance standards, and local regulatory requirements including PDPA.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Technology, or HR Analytics roles.
- Experience supporting HR systems in a multinational or regional business environment preferred.
- Prior experience in technology, infrastructure, engineering, or fast-paced operational industries is advantageous.
