Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and processes, assist in resolving basic employee relations issues, and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Support the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring all operations comply with HQ HR policies and relevant management requirements.
Dealing with Compensation, Benefits & Data Management.
Coordinate employee training, performance appraisal processes, and organize employee activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, related fields.
14 years of full-spectrum HR experience; hands-on experience in Singapore payroll administration or work pass processing is highly preferred.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong cross-cultural communication ability; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
