Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company goals.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including preparing job postings, screening resumes for suitable candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting onboarding processes for new hires.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, business priorities, and competency needs.

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, industry associations, and direct search methods.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

  • Maintain candidate databases, prepare recruitment reports, and analyse hiring metrics to support management decision-making.

  • Manage the company's internship program by coordinating with department managers on internship requirements, handling internship recruitment and selection, and administering intern onboarding and offboarding procedures.

  • Support employee welfare and engagement initiatives, such as organizing staff welfare activities or company events.

  • Assist to draft, edit, and distribute clear internal HR communications and announcements to ensure employees are well-informed and connected.

  • Handle foreign work pass applications for new candidates.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

  • Any ad-hoc duties or projects to support the broader HR team as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Ability to handle multiple hiring positions with a results-oriented mindset focused on meeting deadlines.

  • Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels, including management, vendors, and clients.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and follow structured processes.

  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation.
