Primary responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's workforce needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company goals.
Specific responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including preparing job postings, screening resumes for suitable candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting onboarding processes for new hires.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, business priorities, and competency needs.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, industry associations, and direct search methods.
Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Maintain candidate databases, prepare recruitment reports, and analyse hiring metrics to support management decision-making.
Manage the company's internship program by coordinating with department managers on internship requirements, handling internship recruitment and selection, and administering intern onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Support employee welfare and engagement initiatives, such as organizing staff welfare activities or company events.
Assist to draft, edit, and distribute clear internal HR communications and announcements to ensure employees are well-informed and connected.
Handle foreign work pass applications for new candidates.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Any ad-hoc duties or projects to support the broader HR team as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
Ability to handle multiple hiring positions with a results-oriented mindset focused on meeting deadlines.
Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels, including management, vendors, and clients.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and follow structured processes.
Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation.
