Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and payroll operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local legislations and internal policies
Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, collaborating closely with vendors and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims and Government-Paid leaves (i.e. Maternity, Shared Parental, Childcare leaves)
Provision of payroll reports to internal stakeholders (i.e. Finance, HRBP)
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Support various HR/payroll projects and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
