Job Description

At Motorist, we're building more than just a company we're building a team that grows together. As we continue to scale our business across Singapore and the region, we're looking for a hands-on and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys working with people, and who wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced SME environment.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Source candidates using various search methods and platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates and conduct phone screenings
  • Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Coordinate interviews appointments and update applicants on their application status
  • Perform reference checks on shortlisted candidates
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer of employment terms
  • Track recruitment efforts and activities
  • Handle campus recruitment & Internship programmes
  • Design and facilitate recruiting activities/events on campus

On & Off Boarding administration

  • Manage onboarding administration
  • Create accounts for new joiners
  • Register biometric access for new joiners
  • Apply for grants for Interns
  • Apply for work passes for foreign hires
  • Prepare acceptance letter and calculation leave balance for resigned staff
  • Collect office items and clearance check list from resigned staff
  • Deactivate accounts of resigned staff

Employees Relations

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Support with research of staff benefits and team bonding activities
  • Attend to staff's enquiries regarding their employment matters
  • Update staff records
  • Purchase flowers and fruit basket for employees

HR Administration

  • Submit new grant applications and ensure completion of supporting documentation
  • Prepare employment letters
  • Assist with purchase of office items for staff
  • Support HR / Operations projects

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in HR discipline
  • 1 year of relevant experience, but fresh graduates can apply
  • Familiar with Labour Law
  • Familiar with MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent Communication skills
