As a Senior / HR executive in Performance and rewards, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Work in partnership with Group HR teams on compensation and benefits related activities, initiatives, including analysis and investigative work.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budget cycle exercises, including tracking of expenditures against approved budget, support the annual budget planning process and work closely with Finance team to ensure proper budget allocation and governance is adhered to.
- Assist in the annual performance management cycle in collaboration with Group HR team, department Leads, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders.
- Develop timeline plan, track completion rates, provide support to line managers and staff, collate and analyse data/reports for moderation exercises within group and submission to Group HR team for approval, and other related activities.
- Process and track claims and billings for timely submission and payment processing.
- Maintain detailed records of all claims and billing activities. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment processes.
- Undertake projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, budget or claims and billing management.
