Key Responsibilities: -
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical.
Admin roles
- Handle S Pass/EP applications, renewals, and MOM compliance - Maintain employee records, contracts, and digital HR files
- Administer monthly payroll (using HRMS tools like Payboy/Talenox/JustLogin)
- Coordinate performance reviews, leaves, training, and CPD tracking
- Support HR policies, employee engagement, and internal relations
- Liaise with external vendors (recruiters, CPF, insurance, etc.)
- Call andemail to schedule appointments with architects across Singapore.
- Visit architect offices with Aguner's technical team to introduce our siphonic system and promote CPD talks.
- Follow up with architects to confirm CPD sessions and ensure coordination with Aguner'stechnical team.
- Liaise internally to provide prompt support to architects for design and project-related needs.
- Assist during Aguner's product presentations - via Zoom or on-site at architects offices - to ensure smooth session execution.
- Gather and report feedback from architects to improve future engagements.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architectural firms.
- Create and manage an up-to-date database of architects and firms across Singapore.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR/Admin (preferably in SME /Construction/M&E)
- Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and work pass procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy with HR systems
