Executive, People & Culture
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, People & Culture to support full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes, strong regulatory compliance, and a consistent employee experience.
This role reports to the Manager, People & Culture and works closely with local stakeholders and the broader People & Culture team, contributing to day-to-day operations while supporting ongoing initiatives to strengthen and standardise HR processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations
Manage day-to-day People & Culture operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processesMaintain accurate employee data and records in compliance with local employment regulationsEnsure compliance with Singapore labour laws and internal policiesPrepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and employee correspondenceManage statutory filings, including CPF, IR21, IR8A, and related submissionsSupport HR and payroll-related auditsEnsure timely updates and reporting within the HRISSupport timesheet and attendance tracking in collaboration with relevant teamsMaintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS through timely updates and regular data checksServe as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR matters (e.g. policies, processes, and benefits), providing timely and professional support
Payroll Administration
Support monthly payroll processing, including verification of attendance, allowances, and deductionsManage payroll matters for new hires and leavers, including final salary computationPerform payroll reconciliation and coordinate closely with Finance and payroll vendorsEnsure accurate and timely statutory submissions (e.g. CPF, tax filings)Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries
Talent Acquisition
Support recruitment efforts for Singapore, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.Assist in maintaining candidate records and recruitment documentation.Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and recruitment drives where required.
Culture & Engagement
Support administration of employee benefits (e.g., insurance, incentives, and perks).Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and employee experience.Assist in coordinating employee feedback cycles and follow-up activities.
Ad Hoc / Projects
Support HR projects, including process improvements and system initiatives (e.g. HRIS implementation)Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR processesPerform other duties as assigned by the Manager, People & Culture
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR operations are welcomeDiploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldBasic understanding of Singapore payroll practices, CPF, and IRAS requirementsStrong attention to detail with good organisational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
