Role Description

This part-time hybrid role as a Human Resources Coordinator is based in Singapore, combining both in-office and remote work. The coordinator is responsible for supporting HR functions such as HR management, benefits administration, and employee relations. Key tasks include maintaining HR policies, facilitating employee documentation, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and core Human Resources functions
  • Skills in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations to handle employee needs effectively
  • Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR-related tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Singapore is advantageous
