Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner (Manager/Senior Manager)

Industry: Leading Healthcare Services Provider

Salary Range: $7,000 to $10,000 per month base (excl. variable bonus)

Wilson is partnering with a leading healthcare services provider to help identify an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established organization. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible in providing sound HR advice on all strategic people matters to enable the business units to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Partner with the relevant HR Teams (Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services) to continuously review areas of improvement of HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes.
  • Participate and lead the review/enhancement of HR operational efficiency and standard operating process.
  • Provide advisory to key stakeholders and business leaders on end to end HR strategic matters in areas of performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations and other HR related matters.
  • Collaborate with HR Teams to deliver the annual HR cycles, initiatives, and strategic projects
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR Senior/Associates on the escalation of complex employee matters
  • Provide support in escalated operational HR matters, including performance management, employment relations, HR processes, and systems
  • Assist and guide the HR executives under your care to operationalize HR administration and delivery whilst ensuring consistency across the company/business units and compliance with the local regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:-

  • Qualified Degree in HR or a business related field, with valid IHRP-SP certification preferably.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in HR Business Partnering, working in a Nursing Home, Community Care, Home Care, Hospitals or Healthcare is vital for this role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders and build a strong rapport with key business stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in delivering people initiatives and contributing to the success of the business, along with strong organization skills and ability to work under pressure despite competing priorities.
  • Strong passion for the healthcare and community services industry and familiarity with the dynamics, trends, and terminology would be highly advantageous.
