Job Description

My client is a fast-growing digital entertainment company focused on delivering engaging and innovative online gaming experiences to users across the region. Driven by technology, creativity, and user experience, the company operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, fostering a collaborative culture that values innovation, agility, and continuous growth.

Relocation to Philippines, Manila required for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand business strategies and workforce needs, providing professional HR support and solutions to support organizational objectives.
  • Support talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
  • Foster employee engagement and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
  • Participate in organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
  • Manage employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations, ensuring fair and compliant HR practices.
  • Review and improve HR policies, processes, and programs to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support project implementation, coordinate resources, and drive successful execution of key initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced or high-growth environments would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the ability to independently manage HR initiatives.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
