Job Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand business strategies and workforce needs, providing professional HR support and solutions to support organizational objectives.
- Support talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
- Foster employee engagement and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
- Participate in organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
- Manage employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations, ensuring fair and compliant HR practices.
- Review and improve HR policies, processes, and programs to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support project implementation, coordinate resources, and drive successful execution of key initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Experience supporting fast-paced or high-growth environments would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the ability to independently manage HR initiatives.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
