Position Title : Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Work Location : Alexandra Technopark

Working hours : Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with recruitment team to fulfill internal stakeholder's headcount requirement.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective Human Resources Policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

  • Oversee Human Resources Administration tasks, including HR record-keeping, data management, and benefits administration.

  • Ensure full Human Resources Compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Human Resources Training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Utilize Human Resource Metrics to analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Provide expert guidance and support in all areas of Human Resource Management to employees and management.

  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a harmonious workplace.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Human Resource Management, with a strong understanding of best practices.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Human Resource Recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Solid knowledge of Human Resources Policies and their practical application.

  • Familiarity with Human Resources Administration processes and HRIS systems.

  • In-depth understanding of Human Resources Compliance requirements and regulations.

  • Experience in developing and delivering Human Resources Training programs.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret Human Resource Metrics to drive informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
