Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position for a Human Resources Business Partner. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for supporting and advising on HR policies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and managing performance-related matters. The role also includes collaborating with various teams to implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) frameworks
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and addressing workplace issues effectively
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law compliance and regulations
- Experience in Performance Management and fostering employee development
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in HR or a related function is advantageous
