As part of our regional expansion, we are seeking a commercially minded and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our business leaders and employees across the Southeast Asian markets.
Position Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders while also taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities across Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational, capable of working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
