Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner will work closely with healthcare leadership and teams to align HR strategies with business objectives. This role will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with healthcare leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support clinical and operational needs.
- Support recruitment and retention strategies to attract and maintain top healthcare talent.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness.
- Lead or support employee engagement programs
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement training and development programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of [8-10] years experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and workforce challenges.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics preferred.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
