Job Description

HR Business Partner

We are partnering with an established organisation to identify an experienced HR Business Partner to support operational workforce and people initiatives across multiple business units in Singapore.

This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to drive effective HR operations, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development initiatives within a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner business leaders and stakeholders on manpower, employee relations, and workforce matters.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Support workforce planning and manpower readiness initiatives across operational sites.
  • Oversee accommodation and welfare-related matters for operational staff where required.
  • Drive employee engagement and workforce integration initiatives within a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Advise managers on HR policies, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to implement HR frameworks, initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Support change management and organisational development projects.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of relevant HR experience, including HR Business Partnering exposure.
  • Prior experience supporting operational or service-driven environments will be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR operations.
  • Familiarity with managing workforce accommodation or welfare matters is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
  • Resourceful, organised, and able to work independently.
