Human Resources Business Partner - APAC

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands-on delivery across a dynamic APAC region.

Key responsibilities include:
. Partnering with regional leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, talent, and people strategy
. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle
. Driving employee engagement, culture, leadership capability, and performance initiatives
. Managing employee relations and supporting compliance across APAC markets
. Leveraging HR data, reporting, and analytics to drive business decisions and people outcomes
. Supporting regional and global HR projects, change initiatives, and process improvements

To be successful, you will bring:
. Proven HR Business Partner experience with regional APAC exposure
. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
. Solid employee relations and labour law knowledge across APAC
. Experience using HRIS systems and delivering data-driven insights
. A proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented approach
. The ability to operate effectively in both strategic and operational environments
