Job Description

About DigiFT:

DigiFT is a next-generation exchange for the tokenization, issuance, distribution, and trading of institutional-grade real-world assets (RWAs). Incorporated in Singapore in 2021, DigiFT was built on a single conviction: that institutional investors deserve access to the world's best on-chain financial instruments, through a platform that meets the regulatory standard they require.

Today, DigiFT is the most comprehensively regulated exchange of its kind — licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Recognized Market Operator and Capital Markets Services provider, and regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 4 (Advising on Securities) regulated activities. This dual regulatory standing is rare in the digital assets space, and it is foundational to how we operate.

We sit at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain — bringing institutional-grade asset classes on-chain within a fully regulated framework. Our current product suite spans tokenized money market funds, tokenized gold, private credit and pre-IPO equity access, with coverage continuing to expand.

DigiFT operates as a smart contract-based, non-custodial platform, serving accredited and institutional investors across Singapore and Hong Kong.

Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Associate to join our People team on a maternity cover contract at DigiFT.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with exposure to regional HR operations across Singapore and Hong Kong. You will be involved in a broad range of HR functions including recruitment coordination, payroll administration, employee engagement, and day-to-day people operations, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to support DigiFT's continued growth.

If you are passionate about people operations, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and thrive in dynamic environments, we would love to hear from you. Candidates with prior experience in fintech, financial services, Web3, or startup environments will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communications, and onboarding arrangements
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across Singapore and Hong Kong to support hiring needs and maintain talent pipelines
  • Coordinate background checks, employment documentation, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Support monthly payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and insurance coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases
  • Administer leave, attendance, claims, and other day-to-day HR operational matters
  • Liaise with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Support work pass applications and employment-related documentation where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee HR-related queries and support
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and internal communications
  • Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and people-centric workplace culture

HR Administration & Office Support

  • Support general office administration, vendor coordination, and workplace operations
  • Assist with HR reporting, documentation, and operational tracking
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and business support operations

HR Projects & Business Support

  • Assist with performance review cycles and HR process administration
  • Support HR process improvements, policy updates, and operational enhancements
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as the company grows

Qualifications:

Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience supporting HR operations, payroll processes, recruitment coordination, or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting monthly payroll processing will be an advantage
  • Exposure to fintech, financial services, Web3, or startup environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment practices; exposure to Hong Kong HR practices would be beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and HR systems
  • Experience with HRMS and payroll platforms is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is advantageous for liaising with regional stakeholders

Preferred

  • Hands-on, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
  • Interested in growing their HR career within an innovative and evolving industry

Why Join DigiFT

  • Work at the frontier of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure — before it becomes mainstream
  • Direct access to and collaboration with the founding team and CEO
  • A regulated, credible platform — not a speculative project
  • Small team, high ownership: your work is visible and your judgment matters
  • Dual-regulated across Singapore and Hong Kong — rare in this space
