As a Human Resources Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Partner with assigned departments to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement talent attraction strategies to meet hiring needs.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, renewals, and re-employment.
- Administer employment pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related compliance matters.
- Support managers in handling employee relations, performance concerns, and disciplinary issues.
- Manage offboarding activities, including exit interviews, clearances, and separation documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to support compensation, benefits, learning, and development initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and participate in organisational projects and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
