The Human Resources (HR) Assistant Manager role offers the opportunity to support a broad range of HR operations within a Japanese company in Singapore. This role is ideal for an HR generalist with experience in employee administration, HR systems, visa matters, and supporting a multicultural workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities
  • Assist with the administration of the HR evaluation system
  • Support the application, renewal, and cancellation of work visas and dependent visas
  • Administer employee insurance matters
  • Arrange medical check-ups and health screenings for expatriates
  • Support other ad hoc HR and administrative duties

Requirements


  • 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Knowledge of HR systems, digitalisation, and automation is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Singapore labour law and experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Japanese language proficiency is an advantage for internal and external communication
