Job Description
- Manage onboarding support for new hire through workday and in house system
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, extension, changes during internship and leave updates for intern
- Perform Workday triggers of task and approvals
- Perform security clearance submission and check on daily basis
- Manage and lead team member to ensure task complete within lead time
- Prepare KPI report and validate the supporting documents
- Oversee and manage shared mailbox queries and resolve issues if escalated
- Attend to all Adhoc Tasks and Reports from different stakeholders
- Generate Monthly updates and Reports
- Any other ad-hoc matters
Job Requirement
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline with min 3 years of supervisory experience
- Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools (Note: Excel skills such as vlookup and pivot tables are important)
- Experience with Workday or other leading HR Systems preferably
- A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong aptitude to learn quickly, pick up new skills and adaptable
- Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location
- Mon Fri, 8.30am 6pm (Hybrid)
- Mapletree Business City (Nearest MRT Labrador Park)
