- Assist with work pass administration
- Payroll data submission
- Offboarding
- Welfare and staff engagement
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of human resource management experience is required for this position
- Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies for both Singapore and Malaysia
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulation for both Singapore and Malaysia region
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken, written English and ability to deal with all issues of foreign workers
