Element has an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a Global TIC business.

About the Role

To assist the full aspect of HR Operations support and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with work pass administration
  • Payroll data submission
  • Offboarding
  • Welfare and staff engagement

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of human resource management experience is required for this position
  • Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies for both Singapore and Malaysia
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulation for both Singapore and Malaysia region
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken, written English and ability to deal with all issues of foreign workers
