1. Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee attendant records and HR systems accurately
- Support attendance tracking and employee benefits administration
- Handle employee relations matters, respond to employee inquiries, and promote a positive work environment
- Assist in performance management and training & development initiatives
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws
2. Administration (Admin):
- Oversee daily office administrative operations and provide general administrative support
- Maintain office facilities and ensure a well-functioning work environment
- Liaise with office-related vendors (e.g., building management, cleaning, maintenance) and manage invoice verification and payment arrangements
- Coordinate with IT or relevant departments to prepare onboarding equipment for new hires (e.g., laptops, email accounts, access cards)
- Maintain office asset inventory (e.g., laptops, office equipment, furniture)
- Organize meetings and company events (e.g., team building, annual dinners)
- Manage vendor contracts and administrative documentation
- Maintain proper filing of company documents and records
- Liaise with SG and other country staff Visa
3. Others:
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
