Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with work pass administration under the guidance of the HR Manager, including applications, renewals and cancellations.
  • Support employee compliance matters, including security bond renewals, medical check-ups, PCP tracking and regulatory documentation.
  • Administer workplace insurance matters and manage all WICA-related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with PDPA.
  • Compile timesheets, overtime and leave records to support payroll processing.
  • Monitor employee training certifications and coordinate training or refresher sessions as required.
  • Liaise with government agencies, insurance providers and training centres on HR-related matters.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
  • Prepare HR reports, correspondence and documentation as required by management.
  • Arrange air travel, course registrations and provide general administrative support as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably within the Construction (CMP) industry or a related sector.
  • Proficient in using HRMS platforms for payroll processing, attendance tracking and employee data management (e.g., Info-Tech, Carbonate).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
