We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support daily human resource functions and office administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and efficient administrative processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation in compliance with local regulations
  • Assist in payroll processing and leave management
  • Handle work pass applications (e.g. EP, S Pass, Work Permit) and renewals
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR policies

Administrative Functions

  • Manage office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and logistics arrangements
  • Support procurement of office equipment and services
  • Maintain office policies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with Singapore HR practices and employment regulations
  • Experience in work pass application (MOM processes) is preferred
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
