Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support daily human resource functions and office administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and efficient administrative processes.
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Functions
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation in compliance with local regulations
- Assist in payroll processing and leave management
- Handle work pass applications (e.g. EP, S Pass, Work Permit) and renewals
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR policies
Administrative Functions
- Manage office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and logistics arrangements
- Support procurement of office equipment and services
- Maintain office policies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience
- Familiarity with Singapore HR practices and employment regulations
- Experience in work pass application (MOM processes) is preferred
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
