Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Liaising and coordinating with workers/supervisors and/or other relevant party on foreign workers related matters
  2. Assist in updating and maintaining employees personal records
  3. Responsible to administer employee payroll, leave, attendance and claims
  4. Assist in all new application of work passes including renewal and cancellation work passes matters.
  5. Assist in updating all training records and monitoring all training progress
  6. Assist in preparation of employment contracts
  7. Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by HR Department.

Job Requirements

  1. Proficiency with Microsoft office ( Eg. Microsoft excel and words)
  2. Minimum with Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent related qualification.
  3. With at least 1-2 years of human resources and administration related experience.
  4. Candidate with construction related industry is preferred and training will be provided
