Job Description

Job Highlights:

  • Tampines
  • Up to $2,500
  • 5 Days (8.30AM to 5.30PM)
  • 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange interviews and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Maintain and update employees personal records
  • Administer payroll, leave, attendance, and claims
  • Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Assist in preparation of employment contracts
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
  • Relevant experience in HR and/or administrative functions preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
