Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Supervisor to support the company's retail business operations in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and office positions
- Coordinate attendance records and payroll administration
- Support compensation and benefits implementation
- Conduct performance management and employee reviews
- Manage onboarding and employment documentation
- Handle employee relations and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements
- Provide HR operational support and reporting to the regional HR team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience
- Familiar with Singapore employment regulations
- Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and headquarters when required
Salary
SGD 4,500 per month
