Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resource Supervisor to support the company's retail business operations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and office positions
  • Coordinate attendance records and payroll administration
  • Support compensation and benefits implementation
  • Conduct performance management and employee reviews
  • Manage onboarding and employment documentation
  • Handle employee relations and engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements
  • Provide HR operational support and reporting to the regional HR team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Familiar with Singapore employment regulations
  • Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and headquarters when required

Salary

SGD 4,500 per month
