What you'll be doing
Partner business units to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Provide first-line advisory support on HR policies, employee relations, and people-related matters
Support manpower planning, workforce reporting, and resourcing strategies to meet operational needs
Collaborate with Heads of Departments on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support workforce planning and management decision-making
Review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, governance, and employee experience
Participate in HR projects and organisation-wide initiatives as required
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration or related studies
5 - 7 years of working experience in HR business partnering
Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment is an advantage
Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Comfortable with HR reporting, data analysis, and workforce metrics
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
