Human Resource Senior/ Assistant Manager, Business Partner (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing

• Partner business units to manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

• Provide first-line advisory support on HR policies, employee relations, and people-related matters

• Support manpower planning, workforce reporting, and resourcing strategies to meet operational needs

• Collaborate with Heads of Departments on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives

• Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support workforce planning and management decision-making

• Review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, governance, and employee experience

• Participate in HR projects and organisation-wide initiatives as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration or related studies

• 5 - 7 years of working experience in HR business partnering

• Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment is an advantage

• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Comfortable with HR reporting, data analysis, and workforce metrics

• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
