Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resource Officer (People & Culture) to lead talent enablement initiatives, support strategic HR business partnering, and drive work transformation projects across the region. This role will partner closely with country heads and local managers and may require short-term assignments outside Singapore.
1. Culture - Behavioral (Values and Engagement): 40%
- Foster Hitachi culture with required behaviors aligned with Hitachi VALUES (e.g., Growth Mindset Navigator).
- Analyze results of ASEAN/HAS Hitachi Insights and share findings with HAS management and business lines.
- Based on analysis, formulate and execute action plans to improve engagement with each country and business line.
2. Culture - Activation (Programs and Rewards): 40%
- Create a collaborative culture and growth mindset by mobilizing employees and leveraging incentive structures.
- Enhance transparency of compensation, support the compensation committee, and introduce new reward programs.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
3. People Value Proposition: 20%
- Develop Hitachi employee value proposition and employer brand messaging.
- Drive employee engagement activities to strengthen organizational commitment and well-being.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:
- At least bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Willingness to travel and work in different countries as required
